Your places NEED Good cleaning top tp bottom ,sitting with my wife looking at the lights corners , Dirty, dusty we walk out made us sick The one on 23 & 21 all the same! Food is great the both places are pig pen CLEAN people clean top to Bpttom next time I’ll take picture and post them,so the whole world to see, Clean it all up, walls light ,floor the Dust!

I had a negative experience with Leong's 21, I got home with my take out order and no rice with the order, I call back to let them know and the manager is very apologetic and tells me I will get 50% off my next order. I call back two weeks later to order and the person on the phone tells me I have to order the exact same thing I ordered last time to get anything off. I tell her to give me what ever I had coming but on something else, no dice , company policy. Customer satisfaction should be your company policy, I got half my order, I was the one inconvenienced. not you.I know it just rice, but your attitude is bad for business.

They win the awards because they ask for your email address thinking your going to get special offers and coupons, but what they really do is use your email address and vote for them.

Went there Christmas Eve, hot n sour soup was ok, wonton soup not good,egg rolls tasteless, sweet and sour chicken edible, wifes almond boneless chicken, DISCUSTING, WORST EVER!!! complained to employee that asked to box food, told her to box mine, but wife didn't want hers after one bite, and I don't blame her after I took a bite. I asked her to take wife's order off bill, she said she'd get waitress, after 20 minuets, with no return from waitress and a owner that sits in a booth typing on a computer, not servicing her customer's, points employee's to wait on customer's, I finally got up and asked for my bill, I noticed< wife's order was still on the bill< owner advised they don't take orders off bill, they'll make a new one or something else, I haven't had many experiences that restauraunts had to take an order off a bill, but when I had a problem they took it off. I own 4 stores here in Michigan and I work very hard to make my customers happy. I will not be back to this business, due to poor customer service. i find it interesting about a lot of these business's voted NUMBER 1 on Wdiv,Macomb daily, etc, their usually not that great, maybe they sit in booths and vote for themselves and have relatives vote for them

The owner was super friendly and remembers us from last week. They make us feel like family. I will definitely come back for the great food and great service.

Deceiving your 6.50 lunch menu Includes soup I specify the orders are LUNCH SPECIALS I say wonton soup ! You dont say its extra!I ask is the pepper steak on the lunch special you say yes but dont say its an xtra dollar So its not 6.50 I ask for an extra wonton a small size You only have 2 sizes Of course you sneak in the larger size Lunch has tons of rice MINIMAL MEAT and CHICKEN I spent $35 on lunch for 4 WHAT A RIP OFF Food was par at best !!!

Great Food, Great Service and oustanding ownership.
I dont live in this area but i make it a point that whenever i am passing through I stop Leong's 21. It is the quality of food that keeps me comming back. They use fresh ingreidents and they are very generous with the potions. My favorite dish is Sweet and chicken and they are the first rest. that actually has big chunks of chicken lightly breaded instead of all breading and chicken. Love this place

My family loves everything on the menu. also the staff is the best, always, neat, polite, and fast. Not sure how you serve such high quality at such a low price. Thank you very much... We actually drive out of our way to go to this Chinese restaurant. The Thai food is really, really good and the spring rolls are to die for. They have all of the traditional chinese dishes as well. We've only eaten in the restaurant once ...?

This is by far the best Chinese resturant in the Detroit Metro Area. I have tried most of them from Dowtown to Sterling Heights to Troy, this is still the best all around Chinese resturant there is. The food is excelent, the service is even better and the prices are extremly good considering how much food you get. You won't be disapointed.?

We've been to many, many Chinese restaurants in Michigan, Chicago, New York, etc, and have never had such supurb meals as we have at Leong's. Truly the best Chinese meals in Michigan !!!
